Modelo práctico para el desarrollo de la estructura directiva en Empresas Constructoras

Abstract

RESUMEN: La presente investigación, es el resultado de un estudio práctico realizado en la ESIA UNIDAD TECAMACHALCO, del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, relacionado con la obtención del título de ingeniero arquitecto. Por consiguiente, el desarrollo de la investigación de la tesina permitió ampliar el conocimiento teórico-conceptual y la actualización del tema correspondiente, a la dirección de empresas de construcción con un enfoque PYME. La investigación abordó el problema de la coordinación de las funciones de administración, con los procesos de la construcción. Para este efecto, se formó un equipo para desarrollar el tema: MODELO PRÁCTICO PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LA ESTRUCTURA DIRECTIVA EN EMPRESAS CONSTRUCTORAS. Como método de trabajo, se realizó la identificación del problema. Después, se realizó un estudio a partir de los objetivos de la investigación el diagnóstico, para entrar en posibilidad de generar intervenciones profesionales para su mejoramiento, con la perspectiva de factibilidad, viabilidad y éxito en el cumplimiento de dichos objetivos. En el proceso, se estimó conveniente plantear preguntas de investigación, que fueron respondidas y reflejadas en las conclusiones. Cada tema abordado siguió su método específico para construir la aportación de la tesina, aportación que se designa a continuación, en términos de resultados esperados.: Implementar un modelo que apoye, aporte y ayude a la estructura directiva de una constructora PYME, a identificar errores de planeación, organización y control, los cuales han creado una inestabilidad interna, que va desde la económica, social e incluso política, para así sobreponerse y encaminarse a la eficiencia, eficacia y productividad. ABSTRACT: This research is the result of a practical study carried out at the ESIA TECAMACHALCO UNIT of the NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE, related to obtaining the degree of architectural engineer. However, the development of the dissertation research, it allowed to expand the theoretical-conceptual knowledge and the updating of the subject corresponding to the Management of Construction Companies. The research addressed the problem of coordination of management functions, with the construction processes. For this purpose, a team was formed to develop the theme: MODEL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES. As a working method, the identification of the problem was carried out, then the diagnosis was studied from the objectives of the research, to enter into the possibility of generating professional interventions for its improvement with the perspective of feasibility, viability and success in meeting these objectives. In the process, it was considered appropriate to raise research questions, which were answered and reflected in the conclusions. Each topic addressed followed its specific method to build the contribution of the thesis, contribution that is designated below in terms of expected results: Implement a model that supports, contributes and helps the management structure of a construction company to identify errors that create administrative conflicts, which have created an internal instability ranging from economic, social and even political, in order to overcome and get on track for productivity, regardless of their size.
