Abstract:
RESUMEN: La siguiente investigación tuvo como propósito el mejoramiento de la imagen urbana y la
rehabilitación de un espacio público proponiendo un parque urbano recreativo, esto con
el fin de otorgar una mejor calidad de vida y una zona con identidad. Para lo anterior se
hizo un análisis de contexto físico geográfico y socio cultural para definir aciertos y
limitantes de la zona de estudio, considerando también cada uno de los tipos de usuarios
que existen. Igualmente se toma en cuenta la normatividad actualizada del municipio que
aplica en cuanto a temas de regeneración urbana, parques y equipamiento recreativo, lo
anterior complementándolo con información teórica sobre ¿Cómo deberían de ser los
espacios públicos en la ciudad? Con lo anterior, se desarrolla la propuesta de
regeneración urbana de la avenida Bordo de Xochiaca, presentando planos
arquitectónicos y urbanos correspondientes, así como también, acciones de
mejoramiento de la imagen urbana, sistemas constructivos y sistemas alternos, con la
finalidad de realizar un proyecto el cual sea productivo en aspectos sociales y
económicos y que este en un futuro se pueda repetir en otros sitios.
ABSTRACT: The following investigation had as purpose the improvement of the urban image and the
rehabilitation of a public space proposing a recreational urban park, this with the purpose
of granting a better quality of life and a zone with identity. For the above, an analysis of
the physical geographical and social cultural context was carried out to define successes
and limitations of the study area, also considering each of the types of users that exist. It
also takes into account the updated regulations of the municipality that apply in terms of
issues of urban regeneration, parks and recreational equipment, the former
complementing it with theoretical information on what should be the public spaces in the
city? With the above, the proposal for urban regeneration of the Bordo de Xochiaca
avenue is developed, presenting corresponding architectural and urban plans, as well as
actions to improve the urban image, constructive systems and alternative systems, in
order to carry out a project which is productive in social and economic aspects and that
this in the future can be repeated in other places.
