Investigación urbano-arquitectónica sobre la preservación del patrimonio cultural en la comunidad de Huexotla en el municipio de Texcoco Estado de México Museo local San Luis Huexotla

Abstract

RESUMEN: A lo largo de los años en ciertas zonas del Municipio de Texcoco, como San Luis Huexotla, se ha ido perdiendo la identidad y los bienes culturales con los que cuenta. Este proyecto surge como respuesta a la necesidad de preservar el patrimonio cultural existente. Las acciones planteadas buscan motivar a la comunidad a que conozcan, cuiden y conserven el gran acervo cultural, ya que esto representa el valor histórico de la zona. Para comenzar se presentan los antecedentes históricos que dan a conocer la historia y los monumentos arqueológicos, históricos y culturales de San Luis Huexotla; así mismo se presentan referencias teóricas y un marco jurídico en el cual se basa dicho trabajo. Posteriormente se aborda una acción urbano-arquitectónica de la zona de estudio con el fin de conocer el estado actual de los inmuebles para proponer una restauración de la imagen urbana. Seguidamente se desarrolla un proyecto arquitectónico el cual contara con ciertas fases como la fase proyectual, arquitectónica y ejecutiva, esto se plantea con la intención de resolver la necesidad, ya mencionada, de la población de la comunidad. Después se muestra el proceso para el desarrollo de la implementación del material innovador propuesto, ladrillos a base de colillas de cigarro, del cual conoceremos su funcionamiento, el plan de innovación, beneficios y presupuesto, todo esto para ver si es rentable o no para aplicarla en el proyecto a desarrollar. Para finalizar se aborda el tema de costo de todo el proyecto, incluyendo la implementación de un sistema como el que ya mencionamos. ABSTRACT: Through thousands of years, in certain areas from Texcoco, like San Luis Huexotla, for example. Heritage, cultural identity and historical sites are being damaged and lost, this project borns due this cultural devastation and the urgency it represents. Some of the immediate actions are focused on increasing and popularizing these historical sites, preserve them as the great historical print it is and the value it represents to our culture. First we begin with some background and cultural data, then we follow though the monuments and exhibitions, so we can continue with some historical references and a theoric schemes in which this work is based on. Then we continue with some urban – architectonic actions, such as ground mapping, so we can evaluate the value and conditions of the state. Following though, the whole development of the architecture project, this will be divided in several fases, fase one, executive, architectonic, and project development. In thins fase we focus on analyzing the necessity, so we can provide a solution that goes on with our benefits, that it is within our budget and that makes a impact on the community. Then we show the process of developing, so we can infuse the state-of-the-art material, cigarette roaches-based bricks, followed though investigation of the material itself, benefits, and we can evaluate its value and rentability it represents. Finally, we reach the financial part of the project, including the implementation of the system and materials previously mentioned.
