Condiciones para el empleo de arcilla montmorillonitica en el diseño de un fluido de perforación base acuosa de naturaleza arcillosa

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito principal diferenciar las calidades que presenta una arcilla Montmorillonita para ser empleada en la elaboración de un fluido de perforación base acuosa de naturaleza arcillosa. En el índice de dicho trabajo se buscó la correcta selección de los temas más importantes, por ello dentro del desarrollo del mismo se pueden encontrar las diferentes características y propiedades, las distintas funciones que dicho material debe aportar a un fluido de perforación, así como otros diferentes puntos que son circunstanciales para esta correcta selección de dicho material. Finalmente, se presentan algunas de las normas aplicables que rigen en territorio Nacional Mexicano para la regularización del material en cuestión, así como el análisis de las diferentes pruebas existentes a nivel de campo y laboratorio. ABSTRACT: This research paper has as its main purpose to differentiate the qualities that a montmorillonite clay presents to be used in the elaboration of drilling water-base fluids of clay nature. The index of this work used the right selection of most important topics, which is why inside its body we can find the different characteristics and properties, the different functions such material must contribute to the drilling fluid, and some other topics that are circumstantial for the selection of this material. Finally, we present some of the norms applicable that rule Mexican territory for the regularization of the material in question, as well as the analysis of the different tests at the field and laboratory level.
